24 and 25 September 2026 

Over the course of two days, students, career starters and professionals looking to transition into the wind industry can explore career opportunities and connect directly with potential employers in the Recruiting Area. 

At the Recruiting Forum, visitors can attend talks and panel discussions before continuing the conversation at the Career Happy Hour on Thursday. 

During the Recruiting Days, students and school pupils can visit WindEnergy Hamburg free of charge.
